In an industry that is always changing with new technology, it is important for us to stay up to date on everything. No matter how familiar with our LED screens and equipment, we are always trying to learn more.
Recently we had an engineer from YesTech fly over from China to spend a couple days in our shop. He spent that time training us on tile repair, new techniques and tips, software programming, and more. As one of the people that helped create the equipment we use for our video walls, he has vast knowledge on the product, and was able to teach us some new information and tips that will help us provide the best service possbile when creating video screens at events.
He was also able to bring us some new equipment that we will be able to use when repairing LED tiles and for building video boards. We also were able to discuss new things happening in the industry and with YesTech, so we can stay on top of the newest technology. We are always looking for the next best thing to provide to our cutomers.
We are very thankful to YesTech and the technicians they have sent to us over the last two years to help train us on their technology, all the way from China. They have been great in helping us learn everything we can about operating their LED screens.
