Drive-In Graduation Ceremony with an LED Screen

As the graduation season approaches, many schools are still looking for new ways to host a graduation ceremony in the time of COVID-19. Fire Up Creative has a solution that will make the schools, parents, and students happy.

We recently did a drive-in style graduation for a school using one of our jumbotron mobile screens. The students and families all had a great time, and the event was a huge success. One of the nearby schools even called us the next day to book one of our LED screens for the exact same setup.

The drive-in graduation is pretty simple. We setup our mobile or modular screens in your graduation location. The students and families come in their vehicles and park in front of the screen and/or a stage. Then we play your content on the big screen so everyone can see. We can also setup a sound system, or an FM transmitter so it can be heard directly from the stereo of the vehicles. The video wall can be used to play slideshows, class videos, live camera feed of speakers or students, school videos, or anything else you may want. Exact details can change depending on your wants or needs, and we are happy to work with you to create a commencement perfect for your school.

Because graduation season is typically only a few weeks, those few weeks are booking up fast. Time is limited for these schools to hold their ceremonies, so please contact us soon if you are considering a big screen as an option. Take a look at the video below to see how it worked out at the last graduation event we were just at:
